Terms of service

DimensionKit is a software product that lets you build, host, and embed interactive scorecards. The hosted instance is operated by Worbee EOOD. The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
DimensionKit is currently in open beta and free to use. We may change, limit, or stop features, plans, or pricing at any time, including introducing paid plans in future versions. If you keep using the service after a change, that means you accept it.
The DimensionKit software is dual licensed: under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0-or-later) for open source use, and under a separate commercial license for organisations that cannot or do not want to comply with the AGPLv3. These terms govern your use of the hosted service at dimensionkit.com and app.dimensionkit.com; they do not replace the software license that applies if you self-host.
You are responsible for the scorecards you publish, the content you collect, and your compliance with applicable laws including data-protection laws. You must publish a privacy notice covering how you use submissions, obtain any consent you need from respondents, and honour their rights. You must not use the service to send spam, run abusive or unlawful content, or interfere with how it works.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Worbee EOOD and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and during open beta — when the service is free — that amount is zero.
We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit your specific needs. Submissions, scoring, and email delivery are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be the only source of truth for decisions that materially affect you or your respondents.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms or if running the service becomes impractical.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
